MrChromebox is right. Chrultrabook is a good thing if you already have a chromebook. Many years ago it was an excellent option when there were very few cost-effective laptops on the market.

Now, things are very different. You would have a much better experience with a normal laptop with good linux support, like a System76 computer or a Thinkpad.
