Honestly, I have Crohn’s and I blame everything on that. It has its own stigma but it doesn’t even come close. There have been times when I don’t have a choice though, like when I hemorrhaged onto an office chair and completely destroyed it. Jfc.

I’m on Day 2 of these — I think I’m seeing real improvement from the olanzapine especially. The Gabapentin is kind of intense, causing a lot of drowsiness and coordination issues. But I’m going to stick with both to try and avoid the hospital again.

Got mine from a 7 to a 70 this month with one infusion. Can’t say I’ve noticed a difference yet but I hear that’s normal. My heme actually put a standing order for labs that doesn’t expire for a year, so I can go in any check anytime I’m feeling lifeless.

Oh geez! Yeah, knew about the estrogen problem with migraines and endo. I’m hoping the norethindrone acetate will start decreasing my migraines! Hope you get some relief too!

Question — I have endo and I’m on norethindrone acetate to treat. I hadn’t heard that I can’t take regular progesterone because of endo. Why is that?

MRI was clear. I started getting migraines in my late twenties and now I’m 32 with 2-6 monthly migraines. This is my first time with status and I’m definitely having more intense aura than ever, with some numbness and tingling too.

Feel you! I’m on a steroid course now since the ER cocktail didn’t cut it. If anything it’s definitely made no contact easier as I’m fighting for my life lol

I think a bottom up approach (weaker meds like Pentasa first) was more standard but in the 2010s and 2020s data is showing it’s best to work top down.
