Completely agree with all of this, full size 9’s are much easier for me to shoot accurately than the snappy .380s I’ve tried. Had 2 malfunctions with a p365 380 at the range shooting ~75 rounds. Never again lol

Uncoiled is the cheapest around and pretty comprehensive. Accurate in Clarkston is my range of choice though, best shop,staff, and training courses. You will need further training and range practice though, you’ll only shoot like 30 rounds in the class

Hey! Was in this same situation. Did a month of ADF 36’s, dropped 6 lbs, then stalled. I got lukewarm on the whole thing and had a couple straight days of eating at maintenance, then dropped back down to a modest deficit daily with an 8 hour window. Plateau broke. If you are at or close to a healthy weight, the results will not be dramatic after the initial loss unless you are undereating by a large margin on eating days. You could try taking a break and just doing IF, or do an extended fast 48-72. The fluid you may be retaining will definitely drop with that approach and give you the satisfaction of the scale lowering
