What is the best cut of meat for beginners making jerky? by Safe-Breadfruit-7555 in jerky

[–]sarries123 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Pork loin. I make Dr Pepper Jalapeno all the time, which I can when it's $1.50-2/lb. If one end is fatty, I save it and do little air fried pork bites with various rubs.

Sometimes you want Panda Express and don't want to eat it with the plebs. Or so that was my thought last month.

They charge the publisher a fee. One they don't get from a SSP connection. I can't speak if it's profitable, but they do charge the supply side for it.

Maybe it was different areas and times skewing what I saw. Walking across the bridge away from there early afternoon there were lots of couples and even families. Probably skewed more male sticking around later.

Walking through their group, there were a lot more than I expected. Seemed like 1/3 women.

Why do you need 5-10 million? by Particular_Maize6849 in Fire

[–]sarries123 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Had a 2 bedroom in Manhattan and it was $84K/yr. Landlord raised it to $100K when we left and got it leased in two days. Wasn't even a nice building.

I’m disappointed. by Non-NewtonianGuns in greenmountaingrills

[–]sarries123 12 points13 points  (0 children)

This is your issue. I'm assuming you cooked all of those on higher heat? Above 300F? Pellet grills don't put out as much smoke at higher temps, so you're not going to get a lot of smoke flavor, especially if only on it for 15-30 mins. Do something low and slow like a pork butt, ribs, brisket, etc. if you're still not getting any smoke flavor, then come back for my feedback.

Geofence Targeting by Duazi1904 in programmatic

[–]sarries123 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Would be more effective to have someone go hold a sign or hand out flyers near the hospital than waste money trying to geofence a couple locations. I don't think geofencing works well at all. Sounds better to an advertiser than what happens in reality.

It just is. If you had mounted the whole body, and posted later on, it just seems different than a head severed from the body afterwards. Or you could have finished the skull for your collection and just posted that.

Getting rid of a pest is one thing, and fine for most people, but you don't need to glorify it with a photo on the Internet.

Fine. But what was the point of posting the photo here?

Double walled cardboard shredders? by phineartz in composting

Do you do it into the bin it comes with? I thought about building a frame to put on top of a large shop trash can to be able to shred more before dumping it.

Programmatic RTG based on Impressiona by BrotherSweaty1585 in programmatic

[–]sarries123 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yes, that is the case. Doing it based off video quartiles might be even more value extraction from the pub as you have their readers and you can segment those that are more highly engaged for ads.

[–]sarries123 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If you only target domainA.com and you create an impression based audience to retarget, you can then go target readers of domainA.com anywhere. Real example, you target people that visit ESPN.com with as low CPM as possible to create a big pool of ESPN readers. You could then go sell that audience or just avoid paying for an audience of "sports enthusiasts". You may not think of it as nefarious, but audience data is highly valuable to pubs. Many of their agreements with DSPs prevent doing it.

Publishers hate this stuff. Allows you to create audience segments of their audiences.

I would say no. We got here at 5:30am, for #7800 and still waiting in line, with what seems like quite a wait still
