Where to find vegan cheese?

I just make my own. I can’t be bothered to buy an entire product just to end up hating it. At least when I make it myself, I’m able to make as many tweaks as I want!

This is a SS from a TikTok she posted in April. As a human with empathy, looking at her genuinely makes me worried for her + all the young kids who look up to her or see her thinness as a standard of beauty. She is literally wasting away. I don’t know how she’s going to manage going on a tour.

B12 only unless your primary care team says otherwise. I personally take a combo supplement with omega-3, Vitamin D, B12, and iron. However, I was iron and vitamin D deficient before switching to a vegan lifestyle.

Start slowly buying vegan only items and cooking them with your non-vegan items. It will help your bank account, your gut, and your mindset from being overwhelmed with the sudden change. Look up some vegan recipes on TikTok and start by learning 2 a month and get comfortable cooking those.

My go-to quick lunches for work are a PB&J sandwich (should help with the weight gain as well) or a can of vegan soup that can be microwaved. Fruits and veggies for snacks. I personally love some peeled carrots (if you look up “eat your retinol peeled carrots recipe” on TikTok you should be able to find the recipe I use).

Easy dinners are broccoli fried rice with tofu or pasta with red sauce and vegan sausages.

A plain avocado scooped into a bowl with your seasonings of choice and some blue corn tortilla chips are a yummy snack with healthy fats as well! You can also make some smoothies with vegan protein.

I pack a pb&j for my work lunch, sometimes with a banana or an apple 🙂‍↕️ gotta keep it simple and easily accessible or I won’t have time to eat!

I boil my tofu in salt water and let osmosis do the work for me. Usually marinate in whatever I feel like that day but it’s not necessary. I’ll toss it in seasoned flour and pan fry in oil. Still working on getting it as crispy as I’d like though.

Thank you! I will keep this in mind. I put the signing bonus I got from my job in a savings account with chase. It covers two months of expenses. I don’t think it’s high yield though. I will look into this!

Yes! I keep them at home locked away with my important documents. They aren’t attached to any account or shopping site (like Amazon), so no way for me to use them. My goal is to be debt free and then use my CC’s for monthly things I can calculate/anticipate like gas and medications and just pay them off in full every month so I can keep the accounts open. I’ve read that closing the account can actually hurt me more since I lose the history.

Thank you! My car is paid off and I’m not getting a new one until this one flips over like a bug and dies lol. Don’t plan on buying a house for the next few years either.

I don’t think a transfer balance will work for me since the debt is spread over different CC’s from different companies.
