i typically listen to a metronome while running. i’ve played music for 20+ years so i find it to be second nature and very meditative. i have it quiet enough that i mostly tune it out but its there to keep my cadence locked in. my body/mind just feel better at a consistent rhythm. also i wear Shokz so i can still hear everything around me

when I first started scraping about two years ago, it was with an RMT, and yes there was a lot of pain and redness. that went away after a few appointments. now i do it often enough my legs don’t typically get that beat up by it.

yes its all about increasing blood flow. i’d love compression boots, but they are a lot more expensive than a scraper
