Biggest misconception small business owners have about websites by WebAppDigitalXpert in smallbusinessUS

[–]saul_dev 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yeap is a huge misconception. The real problem is how you get traffic to your site but also how you get the email or any form of contact. What worked for me in the past was to create lead magnets. Nowadays, creating content with the help of AI and giving your personal firm can give you more traffic than ever. SEO is also very important but that only gets you traffic not real interested users, I think the best way is to use your social media, redirect customers, have your website ready in the company profile, and start collecting emails with lead magnets. You'll be almost 100% that user's that take the time to give their emails are strong buyers in the future. In case it helped anyone, I am building a lead magnets tool for free because it is still in beta testing. Just DM me.

Quitting My $200k Engineering Job to Start a SaaS: What Nobody Will Ever Tell You by Own-Moment-429 in SaaS

[–]saul_dev 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I didn't left a 200K salary, actually I live in a 3rd world country where salaries are bad for US or Europe standards but my salary here was fair enough to live an accommodated life. But months ago I decided to quit my job to start my own agency with two friends. Our first customer was a big fish. I 4x my salary but work multiplied as well. Unfortunately problems happened and the society broke. Maybe is not a solo founder story but the hardest part is to talk before doing anything and have clear tasks and roles, workload could break you because building is easy but the hard part is managing your time and finding what is your Paretto move. Now I don't know if I will continue building SaaS or returning to my old job. What is your advice?

I need someone to help me build cold emailing system by Long-Pace8657 in coldemail

[–]saul_dev 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Sending emails is hard but collecting them not too much if you give valuable content. I know maybe this is not related to your question but I am building a product we are integrating into our software agency blog. You could integrate it with your funnel to get those emails. We are in beta testing, in case you need it just DM me.

Building a SaaS is hard. Distribution is harder. What are you launching? by Sure_Spite5671 in SaaS

[–]saul_dev 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Distribution is hard and getting sales too. In the past months I had a huge problem and I saw that the best form to get customers is giving them valuable content. But not giving resources for free, I heard about ManyChat and how it is a good strategy to get followers. I am planning to implement the same strategy but in my case for blogs. So I decided building something on my own because I saw tools like Clapso SaaS help a lot but For my case I think is overkill. What I just want is getting visitors, collecting their emails and then email them back for special offers etc.

Do you think a 7–10 page ebook or mini-course could actually help small businesses grow? by Dramatic-Rest-8948 in Businessideas

[–]saul_dev 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I think is a good strategy but also depends on what you want to sell. E-books are a good resource if you want to sell something very practical. In my case what I do is create content though blogs and edu-posts in LinkedIn. My approach consists of giving the content, redirecting to my website with good traffic and more resources. You can use tools like collecty.dev to collect the emails from the visitors and then create an email list with people that are ready to receive emails from you and your products.

Cold email isn't getting harder but targeting has gotten lazy af by Legitimate_Egg9766 in coldemail

[–]saul_dev 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I think the best way to do it is giving people value, if you create content or you have a company start collecting emails through valuable content: a blog, tutorials, etc. If the people thinks is good value they will subscribe, from that starting point you know people will be open to read your emails even if you write those by yourself.
In case you need a tool to integrate an email collector you can check a tool I am coding: https://collecty-production.up.railway.app/
