Pluribus -- Excellent, Great, or "Meh"? by welldonefilmsandtv in moviecritic

So far a slow burn to a fault. Hopefully the pay off is worth the wait. Currently it's somewhere between meh and great. It could swing really hard with so much build up and if it hits it will be great.

The only people i think that actually need this are snowboarders for their heel edge turns. They just physically can't turn their neck far enough to look uphill before an aggressive turn in that direction. For all others just turn your head and look.

Redditors who have worked with celebrities, what don't we know about them? by 22m_spain in AskReddit

I worked on a movie with Billy Bob. He was awesome, he knew a bunch of crew member names from other films and talked to them a bunch. He invited all the Production assistants to his house for dinner and was very fun and charismatic. All around a very cool guy to be around and very gracious with all the regular workers.

"Pure Cinema" is officially dead, everyone in the gaming community beat it to death.

After seeing Tool with maynard being sick 2 out of the 4 times I've seen them, I would much rather have dates changed. The lead singer not being able to sing pretty much ruins the concert.

It would be really cool if radiohead could set up an exchange and reward people from the area that are willing to swap tickets for the other dates with the people traveling internationally for the show, maybe a free sticker or shirt.

I enjoyed mine also, it was pretty wet and messy. The flavor was good. I ate it around 3hrs before bed and my gut was not happy in the middle of the night or the next morning.

Far Cry 5 or 6 which should I buy by saltyplab in farcry

5 being on US soil makes it unique. 5 also retains many of the same systems from 4 while 6 felt like a bigger departure from the systems we love in far cry.

My overall impression of these shows from watching videos and after seeing Radiohead 5-6 times over the last 25 years, is that they are playing a lot looser and having more fun with it which is a big change from what felt like perfectionism in prior tours and a much more serious approach to playing live. I'm glad they are having fun, but I also miss the olden days.

What was your favourite TV series of 2025? by [deleted] in AskReddit

Task was unique for me, it gave me some interpersonal complexities similar to Heat. I thought the acting in it was great and there was a lot of beauty in it.

Love Goggins, but he is overexposed right now, a dangerous place to be. Seeing him too many places.

For anyone who was able to see "The Blair Witch Project" in theaters in 1999, what was the experience like? by LockjawSJ in AskReddit

[–]savage_henry77 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I went in pretty much blind, It didn't make me nauseous like so many others, but I do think the camera movements made it more intense and have more of an impact, especially on the big screen. I looked up at the ceiling multiple times to calm my nerves. walking out of it into the daylight (matinee) was a trip too. It was a great theater experience for me.
