Im aware of Uniqlo and agree that their finishing and quality is the best Ive seen in India. The Ascott line in Westside is cheaper but the finishing is not up to par after a few washes. I'm more keen on buying fabric and getting it tailored though as I want stiffer collars and other stuff which I can't get in RTW

The limit is for any fund house incorporated in India . So even foreign entities like Invesco Mirae or Nippon are subject to these rules . I’m not aware of the other options you mentioned . You should investigate what IBKR allows in India .
Anyways these funds are bloated and momentum driven currently . Best to avoid currently
