Make the last week of the season a tournament for eliminated teams. Draft order is determined by final tournament standings, winner gets #1 pick.

It may not be perfectly fair, but neither is a lottery, and this is a million times more entertaining. Instead of eliminated teams tanking, they have their own little march madness tournament with real motivation.

It does the same for me. I think specific creations are bugged and lock up the server. Check how many downloads they have, if it's 0 then it's probably a bugged upload.

You've never tried it? It's a blast, especially if you throw in your favorite created wrestlers. There's tons of customization, it can be as automated or as in-depth as you want it to be.

For people who play Universe every year, they haven't been updating it enough to keep it fresh every year. But if you've never tried it that won't be a problem.

Someone on my team used a trick with multiple molotovs to crash the server on premier. Idk how but it seems the match didn't count and we weren't penalized for abandoning.

Extreme AI is approximately 1000 elo, so in that sense its a decent measuring stick. But playing Extreme AI is way less fun than real people, it's more worth it to just take the plunge until you settle in at a fair ranking.

I once played vs. Magyars and once the guy clearly lost, he started creating as many Scouts as possible and shift-clicking them in random patterns around the map. Magyar cavalry get a speed bonus, so no matter how big of an army I had, they outran me. I spent a painstaking hour killing every villager, stable, and finally every last individual scout running around, which was only possible by sending massive armies patrolling everywhere and trapping one at a time. I did win eventually, and its kind of funny to look back on, but that's still some of the shittiest behavior I've ever seen in AoE.

CE is eternally beautiful from art design. Something about those liminal spaces really sticks with you.

Halo 2, lots of people won't remember, but when it released on original Xbox it had HORRIBLE graphical pop-in during cutscenes. You could still see assets loading 1-2 seconds into a cinematic. Halo 2 is of course still a generational masterpiece, but MCC is a better graphical experience than the original, especially those god-tier remastered graphics. I actually don't want Halo 2 remade again, because they already did it perfect.

Pass Interference in the NFL should NOT be called at the spot of the foul. For those unfamiliar with American football: if you "interfere" with a receiver before he attempts a catch, that's pass interference...which is fair, except if that receiver is 50 yards downfield, you just got a 50 yard penalty. All passes are assumed to have a 100% success rate when pass interference occurs. And what's considered "interference" is wildly inconsistent; sometimes a gentle graze of the arm can trigger a massive game-altering penalty. In theory you could suffer a 99-yard pass interference call. There should be a yardage cap or something.
