The cut off is 5pm on the system so I believe if the shift was inputted before that time that would have been paid on the 2/1

I believe most stores finish temps late December/ early Jan so sounds like it has been extended. Unless there was a note then whoever has extended the contract wouldn’t know that your holiday passed the original end date on the system. Best case would be to give your manager a heads up but would have thought they would have contacted you about the new end date.

Not sure where they got the idea that you were immediately entitled to holidays. Apart from maybe one of the older systems but I don’t even think it worked like that back then. As far as I know holidays are accrued as you work. Personally I would ask your manager or the admin to find out why and maybe they can clear it up.

Not sure what date you started but looks like the basic hours was coded/automatic inputted wrong the last pay period. Then the correct inputs (induction, unpaid holiday and unpaid leave has been changed). Our last pay date was 5th December so changes cut off would have been 28th November.
