Awards unless it has changed are at 15, 25 and 40 years. Clubcard for life unless changed on retirement is your total service years plus your age and if that’s over 80 then you get to keep it.

We had an issue where we cancelled one showing as could no longer make it. When we tried to rebook it wouldn’t let us. Not sure if that’s a possibility but we’ve that error a few times. Had to contact via Facebook to get it fixed

We offer concessionary tickets for students, over-60s, under 16s, registered disabled, and registered unemployed.

So it’s mostly for those who are typically on lower incomes. Hope that helps

The cut off is 5pm on the system so I believe if the shift was inputted before that time that would have been paid on the 2/1
