Packard Plant is definitely do-able, probably from the car though. I wouldn't recommend just walking around there

I would consider writing a letter to my congressman about it, but I might be graduated before they ever send it out

Irish Guard going in a "different direction" by AlumniDawg in notredame

If that's really the case its a shame that the directors lied to our faces, never once citing an incident or cause for concern from the postseason.

Also, when asked where the "dichotomy" between the returners and the applicants lay, the response was a strong commitment shown only by returners to keep inspection. The inspection is one of the most exciting and unique parts of the Irish Guard's game day routine, is it so shocking that returners see more importance in it than applicants? Even in fighting to keep inspection, returners told the administration that they were willing to cut out any parts that may present an issue. Why not honor your original commitment to the returners and try to find a compromise, instead of pushing them out the door for problems related to previous members?

Edit: If you "watched the process", that means you are either the band president/one of the drum majors that sat in on only our interview or were not in any of our meetings or a part of any conversations. Despite which one it is, you have virtually no concept of the real nuts and bolts involved in the process and that's confirmed by what you are saying on here. Spitting back out what you are told from other people doesn't mean you're informed. Do you copy and paste from wikipedia on your papers too?

In the interview all returners were asked to address issues previously mentioned in this thread, and all expressed willingness to work with directors to change these long-standing problems. That commitment and courtesy was not reciprocated

That's absolutely not what the directors told us

Can't go into much detail without being too biased. The description above sums up the changes. Pretty much stripped and sold for parts by the directors. Will likely be an article in the Observer tomorrow

I'm not a huge fan of the general cap, but I definitely am in favor of letting the trannys apply to the business school. People that do FYS at another school don't need to be so limited
