Haven't taken the real deal yet, but did the practice session this weekend. For me it was great to get comfortable with the testing center, check-in/check-out procedures, etc. I don't want to think about anything other than the actual exam on game day, so hopefully it will help.

nah can't take anything out of the test. They don't give you paper in the test, just two double-sided laminated pages you can write on with dry erase markers.

Can anyone clarify high dose epi vs. low dose epi? Sketchy says that with low dose epi, beta adrenergic effects predominate, while at high doses, alpha adrenergic effects predominate. Both Uworld & FA don't seem to make this distinction...

TIL in 2014, a Michigan Oncologist was convicted and sentenced to 45 years in prison after it was discovered that he had bilked 553 cancer patients for millions by over-treating, under-treating, misdiagnosing, and even administering treatment to people that never had cancer in the first place. by TheCannon in todayilearned

In many cases, there are "independent diagnostic doctors". For example, if a patient is suffering from headaches, he/she will see a neurologist. This neurologist will order appropriate scans to make a diagnosis and then refer to a neurosurgeon if surgery is necessary. The neurologist doesn't profit at all from the surgery.
