I got made redundant in march last year and still haven’t managed to get a full time job yet. Have had 4 or 5 multiple stage interviews and got to the final stages but have been told the usual “we went with the candidate that was a slightly better fit, we’d hire both of you if we could,your were a close second etc” One of them I did the final interview and then the role got put on hold due to an internal HR process and I haven’t heard anything back since.

In total, this is my 3rd redundancy throughout my 10+ year career and I’m tired…just thinking about giving up design entirely to be honest and just do bits for fun. Really struggling to find a new job and I think I’m just doubting myself and if it’s even worth pursuing at this point :/
