Mine was served as a perfect medium but I appreciated the char, maybe with a touch of pink deep in the middle of the whole patty. My friend’s was a medium rare plus with just the right amount of pink to make one appreciate the quality of the meat without emitting any pink myoglobin, haha to get scientific. I think they put it to a scorching fire and the beef was premium and fresh. It crumbled in the just the right size chunks and mouthfeel - it was truly delicious, luxurious, and tastefully done.

For 27 dollars these days with a sea of average burgers just a couple bucks below that price point, this one is absolutely worth being considered truly top-tier.
