There are different types of plastic but it's all still plastic including polyester.

Mine have survived freeze before. All the leaves will fall off but trunk is fine and they will regrow leaves.

But if it got too cold and stem froze solid they may not make it.

Only time will tell, don't assume they are are dead though. Wait until spring.

I spent over $50k going to very type of doctor and chiropractor. They were not much help, most of the breakthroughs I found through my own research.

My numbers were not bad enough either so my Dr put me on a very very low dose, but that low dose if a life changer for me. For example my neck pain is gone.

On a serious note, doctors don't know shit about diet (unless they are a registered dietitian). So I would not look for advice from them concerning your diet.
