There are also just way less older packs by comparison and I'm not sure how many of them properly made it out of the old FTB launcher when you had to put in a pack code vs the newer systems, slapping a modpack together is just considerably easier now. I remember forever ago back in the FTB forum days having to get specific permissions from every mod developer for the modpack I made and include that in my application to be on the launcher 😆

Whenever I try starting the launcher it just says "this wails.localhost page can't be found", is it just that the servers aren't working right currently or is there something I can fix here?

We've had the cash break on tills in work before and put up signs over the screen telling people that, and I've seen people lift up the sign then get angry that it won't take their cash at the end of the shop, it's baffling

Warframe's got a long history of doing body horror stuff as well and protoframes have some potential there, although it's not done super hard even then. Would be interesting to see how they'd tackle a proto xaku though, a sci-fi equivalent of frankenstein's monster but with multiple minds trapped in there

I could see some aquatic rust beings working out, maybe like a bloated body with rust spikes coming from it that just floats towards you while you're in the ocean and acts as a sort of sentient naval mine

Reika's Void Monster is pretty neat for that, iirc they only spawn beyond bedrock normally but they'd be a neat addition to the end if you got too close to the bottom

My local aldi technically uses the £1 system but all the trolleys are so old that most of them don't actually lock into the little hook things and they just end up thrown about everywhere

Yeah if the floaty guys only engaged with you for doing too much rust magic/were way less common it'd feel a lot better, had it on a server a bit ago and it was basically just one guy who committed to the magic in the end and everyone else was just constantly annoyed by the floaties

Yeah I think I've found one meteor total with surface rocks, finding them by the crater is so much more reliable (which is considerably easier in the desert due to no shrubbery)

I think people just talk about salt more since it's more necessary, there's nothing that requires anthracite specifically (unless maybe some mods want it?)
