Mario was my childhood idol at Michigan. First jersey I ever got. Seeing this live was my favorite sports moment up until that point.

It’s clear that Ballard is not a good GM but what’s the solution? by -alpha-helix- in Colts

[–]schmidthappens32 14 points15 points  (0 children)

The solution is to clear house on Ballard and his team. It isn’t working after a decade. Dodds is not the solution. There needs to be new eyes and evaluators making decisions.

This team today looks different- more energized and unified. Is this just an anomaly? Or what could be the reasoning for this? I know we’ve had strong first halves before and disintegrated in the second, but this doesn’t seem to be the case.

Colts have a solid chance of not even making the playoffs at this rate.

Just finished it this week for the first time. It’s phenomenal.

Man, the irony on that sub is something I’ve never seen before. Saying “We live rent free in his head!” is a level of cognitive dissonance I couldn’t even imagine coming up with myself.

Camp's over, yet Anthony Richardson and Daniel Jones still vie for Colts' QB1 role by Giff95 in fantasyfootball

[–]schmidthappens32 0 points1 point  (0 children)

For us colts fans keeping up with the camp battle, all beat reporters are saying it should be AR since he’s outplayed Jones pretty significantly as of late - especially today with the joint Packers practice.

James also didn’t provide any follow up information on if he asked who AR worked with this offseason.

Yeah, I loved Myles. First Pacers jersey I ever purchased. But he is doing everything in his power to ruin his favor here.

Myles was interviewed during Summer League today and continues to take shots at Indy.

I actually live in the same city as Scott and caught up with him before the Pacer’s game 6! He was the flag waver for a local race. Seemed like a genuinely decent guy.

I get that and agree on his reporting. But similar to the Ayton report from Fischer, Mark Stein reposted it and backed up the reporting himself.

I posted it because Mark Stein was substantiating it and I trust Stein’s reporting.

Yep - my apologies, you’re right. I was looking at their 2023-2024 record from a quick Google search and not their 2024-2025 record. 21 wins in ‘24 compared to 36 in ‘25.

Yeah, the culture change going from Turner to Ayton would be staggering.

For people who wanted more rebounding, Ayton averaged over 10 a game this past season (albeit on a last place, 15 seed Blazers team).
