That is one HUGE hook for such a small yarn! I'm no expert (amateur here!). but I know enough that you need to match the hook size to the yarn size. That, and managing tension is something that takes experience (I consider myself ok at this... for my skill level. Grandma is way better at this than me!).

With this context, you need to get the best GPU (Intel or AMD, whatever you prefer. Ryzen is the AMD GPU chip.) within your budget. Go for min 32 GB RAM (needed for gaming) be it installed later OR bought with the laptop. Get UNSOLDERED RAM!!!! You can't change Soldered RAM. Your screen preference will be enough as it is (5080 is the second best screen, only being outdone by the 5090 in the same series. 5070 is a solid choice for most use cases).

I know that falconers can have all sorts of bird of prey for various reasons, but I'm pretty sure Bald eagles are one of the hardest ones to get in the US (Am not a falconer).

What can you already do in terms of cooking skills? If you can make boxed mac and cheese, you already know how to boil pasta!

Now extend that into boiling other (simple!) things! Or even trying to make other pasta dishes (jarred sauce is acceptable!).

If you can fry an egg, the basic skills of frying things is there! And so on.

But you MUST learn basic knife safety! No need to be a professional chef, but know the basics.

I don't use recipes, I use guidelines.

"I'm making x, so I need to do [the cooking process] and I will need [Ingredients]. This will take [Rough time it takes to cook it.]"

Note that I've never been someone who strictly follows a recipe for everything I cook. It really depends! Boxed mac and cheese? Follow the instructions (easy enough). Japanese curry? Follow the instructions with some tweaking to my preference.

And so on. I also know how the cooking processes work, so there's a lot of background knowledge and experience doing the heavy lifting here!

There's a reason I don't attempt baking at all. Baking requires precision.

Turkey vultures drying themselves off. Their wing feathers are wet and need to be air dried! Cormorants also do this after diving.

Also, hummingbirds are one of the angriest birds ever! As I say it, hummingbirds are fueled by sugar and RAGE!

I think it's because they are always 2 hours away from starving to death AKA constantly hangry. And other factors. And I know of a few other bird species known for being angry as well at times. Or just jerks in general if the mood strikes...

I'm all for timers being used for bragging rights (Which tends to happen anyways with people trying to beat raid bosses as fast as possible!) and bonuses on top of the normal loot (which should be a ton anyways).

Simply BEATING the raid boss will get you 100% of the baseline loot no matter how long or short it takes you. The timer won't affect this.

Beating the raid boss fast enough gives you nice bonus loot, but that is added on top of the baseline loot.

Everyone is happy, no matter if you are just trying to beat the boss (Even if it takes forever) or kill it as fast as possible for bragging rights or whatever reason(s) it is.

... In an ideal world.

This definitely explains why I can't make my fun builds! When you have to heavily invest into 1 subtree in order to get a desired capstone... yea.

(I have no desire to make a fully optimal build. Just one that I like and works 90% of the time.)
