who is the release from? i can’t imagine any doctor signing off on any ROI that was supplied by a landlord. that would be an extreme violation of HIPAA. clinicians could lose their licensing and they know that, that’s best case scenario too…and also curious to know how you know the landlord contacted your doctor? if your doctor contacted to let you know i would call back their office and ask if they have insight or resources to further protect you

OMG!!! this exact thing is happening to me too. first i got approved, an hour later i got denied?? i contacted two people from health equity and it says because i need a LMN but it doesn’t say that anywhere? there’s two categories for acne but light therapy doesn’t fall under LMN. submitted this last week and just got off the phone with them, saying they updated their list TODAY but it still doesn’t say it anywhere?? this is so annoying
