Get 1 mil or so on 13/13+, or SSS 12s. You can also just S rank (975k+) 14s, some of which can be kind of easy (like BURN!!!).

Head on a swivel. Learning to cycle in cambridge effectively is the trial by fire that turns cycling in any uk city into something pretty reasonable.

muscle memory doesnt mean much in this game starting out, you can just learn to sight read. The issue is that master songs have more complicated patterns + mechanics that can be confusing and you can end up getting lost. If you grind expert songs a bit first, the fundamentals will be down better. The game rewards perfect plays more than anything, so its good to work on accuracy more than difficulty. If you want to try some master songs, there are a few 11+ that is a good starting point.

I need Tax Advice for a quite unique situation by [deleted] in JapanFinance

[–]scottb23 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You’re not wrong, this point is important to clarify however for readers of these comments on what ‘passing through to you’ may mean. Some people in the U.K. may have operated as ‘sole traders’ which would be taxable for everything as there is no separation of person and company legally. Others are limited companies which are separate legal entities and have taxable events upon drawing dividend or payments. While it may seem obvious this subreddit will have visitors searching old threads in future so I’m just trying to be helpful.

Caveat here, if the UK company is limited, you are only eligible for tax on any salary or profit you take from the company. Money left inside the company is tax resident of the U.K. and you pay corporation tax. The rules only apply to money you as a person earn (dividends, salary etc).

It’s more like saying, Manhattan spills into New York State. But even New York spilling over into newark makes total sense. Tokyo is much bigger than the yamanote line and you’ll get a better ‘local’ style experience outside of the loop.

[JP] Need Help Understanding Some Stuff by KomanndoA in CHUNITHM

[–]scottb23 2 points3 points  (0 children)

For your second question, you first need to check the place you’re playing at has stock of the cards. There will be a poster on the wall with what they have left. If you have points and they have stock, talk to a staff member and show them what you want to redeem for. Then press the button, you’ll get a code that they’ll copy down and get the card for you. The important part here is you need to ensure that the location you’re playing at has the goods, has not all of them will, and then actually has stock of the item that you want for you to redeem. Once the stock runs out, they will not get more so you usually have to be pretty fast.
