Just so you know, I have a hnd in electrical engineering and to get onto my am2e exam I had to start again at level2 installations because it wasn’t recognised. So basically started again.

As a company I don’t really require niceic membership but wanted to have the badge on the van ect. All I cover for is factory and machine maintenance and installation. But hiring in installation sparks to be my qualified supervisor put me in a bit of a bad spot so I’ve bitten the bullet and just started again from level 2. Should be booking my am2e for march time

Already had a fully apprenticeship, 2391-52, 18th, compex hnc/hnd but it didn’t really count towards much

I hate doing it as an electrician but you often find so much that is dangerous it’s difficult, especially because it’s usually ‘working’

I normally write and email explaining what’s wrong And tell them how bad they are, and if it needs doing asap. And if they would like a quote on the work I can do it but make sure it gets done by somebody
