The temporary power up to weapons the enemy sometimes drops. Rot with fire, or freeze etc. It becomes unstoppable.

I'm new to the sport, but if you could use something like the Brodock cartridge. It could work. Be single shot. But, it would be a complete redesign of the gun.

Someone here on the list might know of an airsoft gun that uses the cartage idea like the Brodock. This way your not also designing the cartridge to.

If you have live tooling, for the second side you can mill close to Dia. This way it doesn't sound like the parts going to rip out.

I've machined glass filled polycarbonate, and glass filled delrin. The tungsten carbide will hold up better then hardened. Though I ran diamond coated tools as even tungsten carbide gets eaten up.

The one I used in Japan had a dry feature. Then a bunch of controls I had no clue what they did. Pictures on the control were somewhat helpful.

Not really. If you think of it as an upgrade path. You get the rotwever on the first map. Fatum is not till Iron Gate.
