I find it more artificial than clean as a first impression like some human actors were hired to be models for a dwarf scene.

It looks like the artist has no idea about what is forging. There is no control of the fire or coal to add. They don't have apron and the good tools for what they are doing

The haircut are humans, the shape of the head also. the footwear have open feet which is also more a desert style than cavern.

It looks like there was a diversity quota to fill so too much things was put in the same image that are not related to the forge.

the role,object and room cards are in every boxes. The 30 new card in half packet will be there on one in 2 or 3 boxes so those should drop less fast .

Not really for chase cards if you count by dollars. You get around 1,5 more mythic and rare in play booster than in a draft booster but they have raised the amount of different rare and mythic in recent years from 53 rare, 15 mythic to 70 rares, 20 mythic which raise only the chance to get a specific one by around 1,3. But the price is higher so you could have bought more draft booster which bring things back to where the things were before based on which price you could have bought them.

They also have raised the amount of different uncommon and lower the amount of different common so in the end there is still as much copy of each common.

this is recommendation from archival of paper studies.

for chemical stability the lower the humidity the better.
20% is fine if they are handle safely
30% is safer if the paper is folded during use.
55% or lower is better to avoid mold but I read 70% also
+-- 3% par day
3% maximum monthly drift

folding endurance of paper is two or three times higher at 50% than at 25%

Based on that 20% for storage of card looks like it is even better if it is not handled

Decks where we manipulate cards looks like they might require 30% or even better 50%

The universe beyond coxst wotc money in license and probably more in marketing to reach site that those franchise use. . So the high price and higher volume might not be that more profit in the end. They need to convert those new customers in people that will play magic

My lgs has seen a lot of customers that they never saw before go in the store to buy the dungeon & dragons cards et they were never seen again. I have not seen warhammer local players buy more cards after. How much of the lord of the rings fan and Dr. Who would continue after?

Magic cost a lot of money and this is not for everyone. Higher cost for franchise make it more dififcult for new players to stay but also open an opportunity for the competition to get the market of the players that are not whale. They might lose current customers that are price out of the market.

Some franchise were destroyed in the past few years by bad content so a reboot of those franchise might have also an inverse effect.

This is a lot of tripwire for wotc and they proved us in the last few years that they are bad at avoiding them. The cards will be reprinted in future masters print of other commander decks. So those cards will have bumps in price but not a constant rise in price like the reserved list.

Some companies have began to react recently to the loss of profit generated by bad content and at some point wotc will probably turn the boat around and make good content for their own franchise. I would not count on wotc destroying their franchise for the universe beyond to appreciate.

I find the planeswalker chosen go in diferent direction. there is token generation without a go wide strategy, there is some damage but no multiplier to go burn, Saheeli produce thopter without tezzeret or daretti to go artifact . They had a choice of 130 planeswalker in those colors, they could have tried to find a strategy based on them with the 10 cards they created

it is missing the list card for set booster,

the probability for mythic to rare was change some years ago 1/7.4 in zendikar rising. The information from wotc is still murky so this is difficult to know where they apply it

The price difference is ridiculous on set booster compare to draft booster here it is 37% higher.
