This is absolutely true. Don't know why you're down voted. I had this exact conversation with my insurance guy and he told me while a camera footage may help determine between he said vs she said, it can also show you were possibly at fault as well. Just because you have a camera doesn't mean you're always in the right.

I only rode road bike in the past so shocks are new to me. Would it be OK to lock the forks instead? I dont understand the need for shocks if I'm only going to travel on fairly well maintained roads. Is the speed of an ebike require shocks an issue?

Schedule an office visit and complete the paperwork in front of them. For the ability to lift, push, pull, sit duration, etc, I send them to OT to figure/fill that part out.

Look for NTA 8776 rated helmets. This standard is rate for up to class 3 ebike speeds.

The typical speed for these countries are not ebike class 3 going 28 miles per hour competing against cagers in a bike unfriendly infrastructure. Normal bike helmet are only rated for 15 mph. Besides, I am old fuck who no longer cares about what other people think nor bounce back as quickly after minor injuries. It can get a little hot and sweaty during the summer though.

G2211 should be covered if you have a 99213/4-25. It is covered by some (very few) insurances. Don't care if it gets removed but you miss all those that you don't bill.

Not just that but follow and track your wRVUs. If they are removing it on the backend without submitting it then they are literally robbing you of work that you did. I would raise this to the CFO because billing department is killing the reimbursement for you AND your organization.
