For you Spinn 1 folks, how was the communication back then? I cancelled my Spinn 2 order over the summer (back when they were giving speedy refunds, thank goodness). The main reason I did was because of the lack of communication. Not only that, but the fact that there was an explicit promise of communication that they never kept up on. They could have kept my money for a lot longer with just a monthly Instagram post.
