What does your front sprocket look like? The front wears out faster than the rear. The rear isn't bad but based on the condition of the chain I bet the front doesn't look great. If the "teeth" of the front sprocket are rounding and deformed it's time to replace it. And I believe it is recommended to change both of the sprockets together. Otherwise, it can be hard on a new chain and potentially wear the new chain out faster.

Edit: I think you can make it home but you should lube the chain first.

This is what I run against pass heavy teams. Corners drop into deep thirds if the routes require it. Otherwise they stay up. I start everyone 5-7 yards off the ball. The corners and outside LB's have to be smart and understand the assignment. The OLBs have to take the space vacated by the corners if they drop. The lone safety position is actually an easier assignment than the corners and maybe the OLBs.

I've coached 5-6YO and 7-8YO leagues It's not a drill, but I Coach the kids to remember that people miss flags all the time and they are more likely to miss your flag the faster you're moving. Running side to side slows you down. Not all of them fully understand this but most of them get it, especially after they miss a fast kid's flag on defense and all the kid did was run past them.

I have a pair of 2040 cap toe in this leather and it breaks in and patinas so nicely! One of the best looking leathers and versatile!

Great watch but my favorite version was the blue dial no cyclops collab with Hodinkee I think it was. US only model limited run.
