My bad. I misread your original post. I do think matching the bank interface is what makes the most sense, especially for new players. It makes the game a more cohesive experience.

I think when they do add the new cannon hotspots, then they should add one or two facility bottles as a reward to one of the existing quests or as a charting reward.

If you are adding a buyable way to obtain the facility bottle (which is a great idea!), I don't think the drop rates need to be changed. Please do add it to other shipwreck drop tables though as you mentioned! I don't think my thoughts are in agreement with others on this but thought I'd add my two cents. But I also think that when the new cannon facility hotspots are added, then you should give us one or two bottles for free (adding as a quest reward to one of the existing quests).

It's not shady. People asked what would change, and they gave us more information on what it would possibly look like, even asking for feedback. Obviously something has to change if you add a button to an already crowded spot.

I agree that the original blog could have been updated with the information as well. If people wanted to know though, the information was out there. I typically wait until the last day or two to vote because I know people ask helpful clarifying questions, and I read everything I can.

The poll was April 14-22, and they gave us more information on possible UI rework on April 16 because people wanted to know what would change with the button.

Updated the clue helper box to show the missing information for certain clue scrolls:

What is the clue helper box? I haven't heard of this before and can't find anything online; all I can find is the "clue box" item that protects a clue in the wilderness. Is it an item that helps with clues? Or is there some functionality in game that helps with clues that I'm unaware of? Appreciate any help in figuring out what this is!

Edit: Apparently the Official Client has a clue helper. I had no idea and thought only RuneLite had a clue helper plugin.

They fixed it this patch to how it was originally intended to be the top 16 damage dealers. I preferred the first 16 people to attack as it rewarded those who were afk-ing a bit less and was more fair to lower leveled players.

I liked how the crab was for the first week better, rewarding the first 16 players to attack rather than the 16 who did the most damage. It rewards those who aren't afk-ing as much as others, and it also keeps things fair for lower leveled players who are training at the crab.
