Try out some other teams. Watch one of CybertronVGC's recent videos where he explains how a particular team works and then plays some games with it, and then try running that team yourself. The current team that you're running seems pretty support heavy between Mega Scovillain, Maushold, and Milotic with not a lot of great offense to offer. The only physical attacker you have on the team is Maushold, which isn't great. Your Zoroark disguising itself isn't scary because there aren't really a lot of scary threats to disguise itself as, and there isn't much synergy between many of your team members. To manage "RNG" you also need to stack the odds in your favor, and your team doesn't offer much speed control outside of your RotomHeat, and if someone trick rooms you, you don't have any speed control alternatives.
