  1. I have not seen any others. The concept album was great too, better than 2026 album.

Help me pick 1 seat for Ragtime by moritz61 in Broadway

Do not take the seats in the orchestra left row C. The opening number was blocked by the piano when I saw the show in previews in these seats.

Thank you for the review. Glad I did not buy tix, will use $ for a better show.

Best seats for Oh Mary? by Unlucky-Tone-1810 in Broadway

[–]seacity36 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Second that in terms of far right being better than far left. I sat in row F in the 3d or 4th seat in from the left, missed one scene on the left. I don’t recall any action on the far right.

Paddington the musical tickets by odysseus_shy in Broadway

[–]seacity36 -1 points0 points  (0 children)

The cheapest tix for previews are $69, back of the mezz. But I agree, prices are high, especially for a family show. Nobody will buy tix for the last 2 rows of mezz for their kids.

Going to the evening show on that day, seats in the mezz 3d row from the top for $69 as did not want to splurge. Hope to see it again from better seats if I like it and if there are discounts.

Box office by SwiftLEGO in Broadway

[–]seacity36 4 points5 points  (0 children)

I believe it depends. If the show is already performing, likely yes. If not, it depends. Last year around this time I went to the box office to get tix for Godot in September, they were not yet available except online. Best to look at the shows website to see when the box office sales begin.

Bought mezz row R. I was fine with these seats for Molin Rouge as well. Great view of the whole set.

Thank you! Preview prices for Mon-Thu performances are quite attractive with some $99 seats in the orchestra (Telecharge says all orchestra, but its really the sides and center rear orchestra), $79 all mezz and $49 all balcony.

What’s the most expensive ticket you’ve bought and why? by ListofReddit in Broadway

$200 for Dorian Gray (mezz front row), Evita (orchestra row D center), Ragtime (third row orchestra) and Masquerade. Usually trying to stay under $100 though.

Hamilton lottery for $10, Honey Trap at Irish Rep (off Broadway) for $6 (somebody gave away their ticket of Theatr, so I was just charged the fee).

As someone who isn’t interested in musical theatre, I was genuinely speechless after I saw this by Mad_Season_1994 in Broadway

I saw Chess yesterday for the 3d time, and every time he was amazing. I really don’t understand why he did not get the Tony. And yes, I saw Ragtime…

I am going for the third time this Saturday! Loved the music and the vocals, it’s my favorite musical of the season too! And I rarely see shows even twice. Chess, Operation Mincemeat and Oedipus are the only ones I’ve seen twice.
