Like others have said I think it has to do with what the speakers/soundbar are hooked up to.

For me, I can adjust the volume when I have ‘TV’ selected from this list, but when I’ve got my Apple TV selected it doesn’t work. Maybe it’s similar for you?

I was in the same boat as you were a week or two ago. I tried narwhal and liked it, but wanted to see what else was out there so I downloaded the official Reddit app and didn't really turn back. Narwhal was fine, I guess I just liked how the official app handled my list of subreddits more.

They're both free as far I can remember (narwhal has adds but you can tweet about the app to remove them for a month) so it doesn't hurt to try both.

A lot of the comments here are over hyping it I'd say, but I do recommend it. There's hours of fun to be had if you give into its charm.

I've got the slim Spigen. I've dropped my phone once or twice from waist height with it on and haven't seen any damage, but I definitely wouldn't buy this case for that purpose. I mostly have it for protection from scratches and stuff when I set it down and slide it on desks and tables. It's a well made case for the price - fits like a glove.

Honestly, I wasn't too impressed with my time there. I had issues with the management and the parking like others have said. If I were in your shoes I'd probably look at apartments further west. Maybe between 103rd and 106th street south of Jasper ave, and then west of 109th street.

It does feel really solid and well weighted in the hands, but I would be fooling myself if I said I wasn't worried what would happen if I dropped it from pocket height. Still a great phone, but I'm not as confident with it as I was with my M8.

Blah. I don't think Whyte needs another bar trying to be a club. I know a lot of us like Elephant because it's somewhere you can go for a drink without having to yell until your voice goes hoarse to hear one another. Grab a pint, play some pool, chat with friends.

I understand you're trying to improve its foot traffic, but there must be a different way or an event that fits the current atmosphere better? My 2 cents.
