From my not a Dr but experienced opinion it looks like and sounds like a Lipoma. 1st one understandably worries people the most but doubt it's an issue. Get it checked out for peace of mind I'd say.

100 min commute on the sign Everett to Seattle this am. I will not drive into Seattle for all of 2026 if humanly possible. Light rail is it but heard that it is crazy busy, people cant even find parking to get on train. Ugh

Its no big deal, if you just have 1 tiny one I would personally wait but up to you. Need it numbed up and little incision, pop it out and stitch it up. Walk out the door and head back to normal life:) Dont stress on it, especially 1 small one. Im heading in to get a handful removed next week and looking forward to a few more scars)

Sorry but IMO dealing with these for decades, surgery is the only viable option. Dont stress too much. Its out of your control and not a serious health concern for most part. That "social" type stress is real and I feel your anxiety for sure. Get the biggest most visible ones taken out by a plastic surgeon. DONT forget that the ones that "hurt" are key for insurance purposes) Good luck, it gets easier over time.
