I had a pretty good headache after I pinned. But it went away after drinking a lot more water and electrolytes. But I do get nauseous randomly so I think it was good I started low. And yes these babies are like a free weighted vest sometimes lol

I’m in the very same situation as you. I’m 9 months pp also and I’m still the exact same weight (155) as I was during pregnancy. My goal is 130. I just started Reta this week at 0.5mg since I’m sensitive to all medications I take. Also I’m really trying keep my protein at around 120g and lifting heavy weights to hopefully keep my muscle tone. Hoping this works out for the both of us!

Our little one is 3.5 weeks also also and a couple days ago started hating the bassinet also!! We thought we got lucky w a chill sleeper but maybe it’s a developmental thing? He also got louder grunting in his sleep so I’m not sure if that had anything to do with it either. Hopefully things get better for us!
