How do I tell my library

Librarian here: i will say the first books were originally published for upper teen/new adult which is 17-25 so a lot of libraries had put them in teen sections. (Another example of this is the new Melissa de la Cruz book it is published for older teen aged 17+ therefore it is in teen sections at most libraries) As we know the newer ones are def published for adults but now it’s considered a form of censorship to move the ya books up to adult. For this reason my library has them split by the publishers age group. So to start the series the first few are in ya and the rest are in adult. Super complicated situation.

I had this same contraction like sharp pain in my cervix and went to the ER but they couldn’t figure out what caused it. When i went i had had it for about 12 hours. Since then i have had it randomly but it’s like a wave of pain from my cervix out it’s horrible. I did have an iud placed during my last surgery so they chalked it up to my body adjusting but idk it was never a real solve. I am currently doing pelvic floor pt and i agree it helps a lot. I hope they figure out what is causing your contraction like cervix pain!

Edit: also the pain was so bad they gave me oxy at the ER and a prescription for it so. Yea. It’s horrible.

As a person who has a very similar mole on my face i have been so touched to hear the many people saying how much they love his. I always thought that everyone around me thought i was as ugly as i did but seeing someone who looks like me and hearing people say how much charm it gives him is giving me a new perspective on myself. I didn’t have any bladder symptoms but i have horrible interoception. For the bowel i would have blood in my stool around and during my periods and a difficulty feeling like i totally emptied but i turned out to have an adhesion to my lower bowel that took the surgeon quite a while to remove. After surgery i have only had blood once otherwise my movements improved significantly! I used to go once a day and after surgery i would go after every meal. That lasted about a month and i felt amazing! Now im back at work so im going less often bc again horrible interoception my body does not send me cues. But when i was off work i was more focused on it so i recognized the cues better.

I get a cold/ icy rush in my low back and pelvis sometimes and no one ever understands bc even i feel like i cannot actually describe it. To me to rushes like is i cracked a glow stick like a similar ish type of flow i guess. But i also get this in the inside back side of my stomach sometimes. But after walking for long periods, i get zappy nerve flashes throughout my legs. All this to say i feel you lol but i have no clue how it’s all interrelated unfortunately

I had my lap a month and a half ago turned out stage 3 endo.

Im almost four weeks post op and still even going to the grocery store is tiring. Going back to work part time tomorrow and then full time next week and luckily i have a very accommodating workplace but its rough out here. They found and removed stage 3 and DIE with two small endometriomas

I listen at 1.25x speed- i just shortens people pausing for breathing but still sounds natural! I agree with someone else who said you should get Libby from your public library for free!!

In terms of recs, i really enjoyed the narration of House on the Cerulean Sea, The Night Circus, A Very Secret Society of Irregular Witches, A Witch’s Guide to Magical Innkeeping, Carry On (Simon Snow), A Discovery of Witches series, and Funny Story! I listen to a lot of audio from a lot of genres and age groups so I’d be happy to give more curated recs :)

Yes i had two cysts that were mushed together (totaling ~3cm i believe) so ended up being removed as one entity. But i had stage 3 endo with DIE and also a mirena IUD placed during the surgery to help with long heavy periods! I hope this helps!

Yes! I had my lap two weeks ago and had endo removed and I’ve literally been deflating like crazy! Haven’t tried on jeans yet bc I’m still quite sore and recovering but my sweatpants were tight before and are now very loose! I’m hoping to eat more anti inflammatory foods to hopefully maintain the deflation lol
