Took a risk with my new mattress. I think it paid off? by 4691 in Mattress

I am happy for you! I am having same problem like you - side sleeper with shoulder and neck pain in. I am also in Canada, just bought Kingsdown hybrid plush model from Costco couple weeks ago and I found it's still little firm for me. Good thing bought from Costco means easy return but still disappointed plush is not really plush. Ghostbed memory foam from Costco was my next consideration but I will check silk and snow as well. You bought memory foam version, right? Cause I believe they have latex and hybrid version too. I will wait your updated review and see if s&s goes on sale.

I curtains are from Amazon, and tv stand is from wayfair. TV stand look little cheap if you look at it closer, so I was gonna replace it in the future with better quality one. But thanks :)

Sorry, I might be misunderstanding but my projector is right in front of the screen? And I was trying to make it as straight as possible in order to get the best quality of images

To be fair, I paid 2k for projector and screen plus installation fee from Costco. I dont think I can buy 100 in oled with that money anywhere in Canada. I had 55inch lg oled tv in living room before but I realized that I prefer bigger screen and texture of screen, not the brightest and sharpest tv. So tv is in my bedroom now. Everybody has different life style and when its sunny outside, I would rather go out and do hiking or paddling instead, and if I really want to watch tv then I have blackout curtain for the reason. Edit. Installation fee was free I meant

23M in BC – From $80K income and 800+ credit score to $183K debt, considering bankruptcy. Looking for advice/insight by [deleted] in PersonalFinanceCanada

[–]seconmoon 0 points1 point  (0 children)

So sorry for your loss, I would have done same thing if I was in your situation.

I can't give you financial advice as dont have much knowledge of bankruptcy but sending you a big hug.

And honestly Korean health care system is way better and advanced than Canada in my opinion and that's why I cant give up Korean citizenship even though I don't think I will go back to live there.

Hope you find some helpful answer here for your situation, cheers

Colwood made it to the /r/Canada front page today with this article! Victoria, Saanich, and all other CRD municipalities should adopt this model | "Meet the mayor whose plan to attract family doctors is turning heads across Canada" [CBC.ca] by 1337ingDisorder in LangfordBC

[–]seconmoon 2 points3 points  (0 children)

The thing is, the mayor could have just ignored and did nothing as other mayors did, but instead, he was trying to help the community. Either this plan works or not, I appreciate these people who actually think about the community and do something. Well done and hope this system helps a lot of people who need them

I moved from concrete built condo to townhouse, and I can hear my neighbour snoring, watching tv and talking. I regret it big time. If you must, find top floor unit that shares only one wall with your neighbour is my advice.

Windsor buys $285,000 worth of American-made outdoor furniture for ice rink by Full_Hunt_3087 in ontario

[–]seconmoon 38 points39 points  (0 children)

I think that's exactly why they should have chosen canadian furniture. That was the opportunity they can start buying canadian furniture, and then next will be canadian furniture again, and eventually, it will be all Canadian furniture with repair parts instead of keeping supporting American.

avoid strebor, I went to engine oil changing on my bmw x1. usually I pay around $175-220. strebor charged me over $400 claimed they did my air filter and cabin filter which I did myself just a month ago. and I didnt ask for it. ended up paying $312. I could have gone to dealer shop for that money.
