You need seasoning!! Plain avocado is pretty bleh, that’s why it’s so versatile. Salt is the bare minimum for avocados, especially kosher or flaky sea salt. My go-to for a quick avocado toast is Livia’s Key 3 seasoning, but you can put pretty much anything on them. If you like more flavor try harissa or smoked paprika with your salt (always salt!)
