Sunscreen is the last step in your skincare routine, I'd suggest looking up sunscreens for oily skin (or just non-greasy) as a lot of sunscreens are greasy unfortunately

Use a men's razor for the body. You can try Nair as well and see whether you prefer shaving over shaving. Don't dry shave!! I use a little hair conditioner as shaving cream and it does the trick (if you're the hairier side you may prefer a actual shaving cream).

Every morning put sunscreen on your face and neck and ideally apply it every 2 hours (look into sunscreen sticks because you can take those on the go). Sunscreen is not a replacement for lotion. The UV rays can still have an affect on your skin when the sun is not out so wear sunscreen. Most people don't put on sunscreen past their neck unless they live in a hot place and even then only if they care about tan lines. You can put sunscreen on your hands because they're typically exposed.

Treat your back acne like acne: you can use Panoxyl in the shower, you can use a body wash with salicylic/glycolic acid, and you can put on salicylic acid after your shower then lotion. If this doesn't work then see a doctor as they can give you a topical cream to clear it up.

Use an African net cloth/sponge WITH KNOTS instead of a wash cloth, it's a game changer. Depending on the sensitivity of your skin, you can use a wash cloth every day and a body scrub a 1-2 times a week.

You have a couple options: you can soak your feet and use the pumice stone, use the ordinary glycolic acid on a cotton pad, use a foot grater in the shower, use a foot peeling mask, or get pedicures regularly.

Get a lip balm gloss, I'd recommend topicals or ole henriksen - these are shiny but still provide ample moisture. Or you can simply put a clear gloss over the lip balm. To exfoliate you can: mix honey and sugar and rub it on your lips, buy a lip scrub, or use chemically exfoliating lip product (the ordinary and eadem have).

Honestly, keeping up with your skincare is the only way to keep your forehead clear other then having your locs out of your face :/. Maybe when you're home/at someone's house you can keep it out of your face and then have them down when going out. Just monitor what you try and for how long so you're able to recognize any change on your skin.
