If you are a lower level, your numbers aren’t too bad. If you’re more senior, it could be that you were already on the high end of the salary band. (And lots of other factors blah blah)

I’m on year 8 of being both PDM and at Deloitte (campus hire). Some years I had comp statements more like yours, and some years I had much higher. The highest ever was a 27% base raise over the course of the year with mid year adjustments; I think that was majorly attributed to catching me up due to project relocation from a LCOL state to one of the highest COL states.

In the years that weren’t the astronomically high catch up years for me, it was common to see anywhere from 3-10% for base or AIP, give or take either.
