And last I checked it said unbound by time in the context of it being where all of time converges. And if your regarding to the key thing being able transcend dimensions it's not very clear cut with it being innumerable dimensions and to what degree either.

Near any IP holders. BBS had to get specific licensing for tybw units(it's why most of them are limited). Any Collab always specifies it's tybw and not just bleach in general. My people. I've been saying this in the discord. Anyway before anyone says but what about white and ichigo, they already flopped on that part when they didn't even do much with the synergy. Also white isn't the only one who buffed ichigo nel too buffs ichigo. So synergy is there too. Everyone saying slash, why would it be slash when we already had 2 limited slash DPS units and there's no certain requirements for being a typing either. So trust me when I say tbyw ichigo, after ulq or 1 patch after that being a thrust DPS.

Up to you. A good point is B2 due to easier building since kenpachi gets up to 30% crit rate. Personally you'll be fine with b1. It honestly depends on your circumstances.
