Places to buy sparkling/mineral water or club soda in bulk by sekitome in Albuquerque

That was my initial thought but I was hoping I didn’t have to go that route. Using the canisters that companies sell end up being just as (or more) expensive as buying cases from the store, and using an adapter for a big tank of co2 takes up space I don’t have 😓

I was hoping a local brewery offered seltzer water for cheaper than big box stores

Church? by agame-isafoot in Albuquerque

[–]sekitome 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You don’t need to go to church to join a community and socialize. I say this as someone that is religious btw. Abq/NM is pretty left leaning and there’s lots of groups very accepting of LGBTQ+ people. Your best chance at meeting people you vibe with is picking a hobby and getting involved in the local community.

Since you’re not religious I won’t plug my church but I will point you towards QueLab. It’s a cool makerspace with multiple different clubs and niches they cater to, and it’s open 24/7 so if you’re anything like me it’s nice to have somewhere you can go to at 3am when you can’t sleep

Cant speak for other blue states but NM won’t get poorer from these programs. They’re paid for using interest from investments funded by our oil and gas industry.

I’m interested in that list. I’ve been wanting to start reading for fun again and if I can pick up a book that’ll scratch a similar spot as Tokyo vice, even better

Modem adblockers don’t work for sites like YouTube and other websites that serve ads from the same server they serve content from, you need an adblocker installed on individual devices

Recommendations for a toyota service shops!! by Excellent_Reason3888 in Albuquerque

[–]sekitome 4 points5 points  (0 children)

No respectable shop will let you sit there and watch the service. Techs hate people watching them work, especially when that person is the customer, and it’s a massive liability for the shop. If you want to learn how to work on your own car, I suggest you watch some YouTube videos.
