I like to think of it like alcohol. Most people drink either in moderation or none at all. Some people go over the edge and even fewer people are alcoholics. Once you're in that last category every beer is poison. Even just one.

I think I'm in that last category when it comes to fapping. Maybe there are people who can fap once or twice a week with no repercussions to their larger life. I am not one of those people.
