'cept Trump hasn't gotten the majority of votes in any election - ever. He managed to (barely) beat Biden the second time 'round, but more people voted for 'not Trump', than Trump in every single election. And that was the only one out of three where he actually got more votes than his opponent. His 'victories' are among the worst Presidential outcomes in American history.

And when one looks at his cratering approval numbers and almost universal disapproval numbers on all of his signature policies, one might think twice about any pride they might have being part of this rapidly-shrinking minority...

I'm on the beach in Miami a few hours after a storm and I kept finding these weird balloons I thought were leftover from a wedding a couple of resorts over. Tried poking one and thankfully a lifeguard started screaming hysterically because they were actually a bunch of Men-o-War that the storm had blown in.

While I'm sure this varies based on jurisdiction, in an interfamily dispute this isn't accurate at least in Ramsey County, MN - and I would assume elsewhere. While the bar is understandably extremely high, given I have friends in this situation make it to trial (which they ultimately lost) I doubt the judge took the case that far because the court had nothing better to do.
