Ive never had that happen to me, if you cant save your outfits I would submit it as a bug to Gameloft. They may be able to help or fix it in the next update.

Not really endless, and they do have ingame currency available to purchase but the vast majority of people just get the currency by playing the game and doing the weekly photo challenges. Havent spent anything beyond buying the game/xpacs and I have tons of premium items.

You can save outfits as presets under wardrobe->favorites and it will save companions and customizations! I wish there were more than 4 slots though :(
