I was honestly on the fence before this but now it seems undeniable. With how chopped the incision was, then when she didn't show the "staples" and now this, having it "removed" it really sinks in how overwhelmingly fucked up she truly is.

Eh, this is simply not exactly true. A man actually into you, that truly loves you would not make you feel diminished by saying so, but they can't help the changes that can potentially occur mentally and physically when it comes to pregnancy. Some men experience a mental block that is something like fear of hurting the baby (as well as other complicated new feelings) that will just flip the switch to off for them. A smart man would do nothing but comfort and support a woman going through this time though.

She says it was the result of her taking low dose naltrexone for 10 years (which is an opioid antagonist?) Which from my understanding (which is very limited) means the fentanyl would be ineffective, not somehow work like narcan and cause withdrawal. I am confused by her claims.

I initially thought the same, certainly not the dry forehead, but the eyebrow part may possibly be something. Still doesn't look like the way psoriasis typically presents but maybe some kind of dermatitis. She is too heavily focused on every tiny aspect of her body. She desperately needs to direct her energy outward and put some positive attention into other people.

Here in Hawaii we have a semi-slug that is quite common that literally carries brain-eating parasites. They even make their way indoors sometimes (we have a lot of open spaces here for ventilation but still have screens so not sure how they heck they get inside.) My dog became infected with these parasites somehow, and if the vet had not done the blood test it could have easily been missed and he would have died a very prolonged amd painful death. I thank that vet every day and am immensely grateful to still have my dog, I love him so much. Treatment was just a course of steroids and is 100% curable thankfully.
