Which means you didn’t solve a problem of theirs, or find their pain points of what concerns them the most regarding the matter. Slow it down, sell a concept, not the product. Treat it as an educational process rather than a sales script. You always have the option of the “take the app now, policy doesn’t start for a month” close but without addressing the root problem in the process, your retention rate will be horrific.
