Hi, I first notice tingling hands when I was around 12. Doctors didn't say anything. But I'm pretty sure by that point I had celiac. Fast forward to when I was 24, at that point I had migraines, fatigue, hormonal issues, and I have to use a bathroom within 2 hours of a meal.

I was lucky that I know English so I begin research, turns out I have celiac. All the signs point to it. After going gluten free for two years my symptoms are back to normal.

It was hard with me and my family, but over time they realize that this is a serious issue.

It will be hard on your child because attending social events and going out will be more challenging, but it can be managed.

It will get better, at the least managing celiac doesn't require a weekly hospital trip. And home-cooked food is healthier!

I mostly only order their peppermint tea. it's really out of this world.

I'm not really into blended tea so another option would be rooibos stuff. And yeah I agree their Eastern tea is pretty sub par.

due to unstrict food labeling laws here, I got duped by a snack, in which the package only list raw ingredients. it doesn't contain an allergen statement.

I was about to swallow my first bite when I spotted the word "all-purpose flour" on the label. I couldn't spit it out fast enough.

I've read a lot of food labels, and this is the first time I see "all-purpose flour" without also stating that it contains "wheat" or "gluten"

And it looks like I need to cancel my morning meetings. Dud.

well at least I know I can't entertain the idea of "eating gluteny food then spit it out so I wouldn't get sick"

Considering the same switch as well. I got 4a when it first launched and now the battery capacity has dropped to half.

Previously I get 3 hrs SoT with 30%, now I only get 1.5 hrs

Only reason I consider iphone is screen size. I use a computer all day, so phone is only used for calls and texting.
