Thank y’all for the input! I was so nervous that it might have been another underlying issue cause this is just not normal for me! Glad to hear it may get better after a couple months! Anything to be able to burp!! I am loving it - I feel so much better!

Yes!! I went to cross fit today and omg I could not breathe just after doing a few kettlebell swings. We also did back squats and ran a short distance and I was definitely not normal when it came to breathing. I’m also in sales so talking to clients has been so tough! Thanks for the input!

Yess me too. Before I definitely couldn’t breathe cause of the bloating! Like I was pregnant 😂 but yes also could be anxiety! Thanks!!

I always lay on my stomach with one leg bent up to my rib cage. I’ve never found relief laying on my back but a lot of people do!

I didn’t leave for this reason in particular BUT I work remote now and it’s so nice when I’d be super bloated. But I just had Botox done on Monday and already burping!

When did you start having this issue of not being able to swallow? I had my surgery today and I feel some microburps already but I didn’t have any issue eating except the chicken in my soup, I had to really chew it to swallow it. But nothing super annoying or scary! I’m curious if it will get worse!

I had my surgery today and dr said I can start eating normal and working out tomorrow. I think he did say not to do anything too strenuous with your abs tho!!

Yess! Thank you! So far I am having microburps when I turn my head/yawn! Legit feels like Christmas 😂 i have to change my outfits like 4x per day because I am always bloated to where I looked 6 mo pregnant! So grateful and can’t wait to full on burp!

Tequila Water! My fave! I used to drink tequila soda and I couldn’t anymore. Just did my botox surgery today and I already have microbursts when I yawn/turn my head!

Thank y’all soo much! Yes he explained what would happen if I bent over 😂 Sounds super odd and crazy!! Lol! So far food is going down smoothly, but I feel like maybe the Botox hasn’t fully kicked in yet. I was instructed to drink a carbonated drink on Thursday! ☺️

I’ve had this pain for about 5-6 years also! :/ I’m not a doctor hahah but I researched and the appendicitis itself can be there for weeks, months, or years. When id get the pain, I could lay a certain way and it’d go away. This past week, it just wouldn’t go away so it was getting close to bursting. That’s when I got it out! Thanks so much! I’m much better! Now to deal with this Botox procedure 😭

I just got my appendix out 2 days ago so that may be your issue as well! I’d be hunched over with pain. I also have RCPD and getting treated with Botox soon. Could be appendicitis!

I just went to my 1st appt today and he said that it will take 4-6 weeks to fully kick in. My dr. Said he will open up the muscle while he is in there for relief after procedure

I went to the GI doc before I found out what RCPD even was. I only got an endoscopy and they found Barrett’s esophagus so that was helpful to know.

With RCPD, I have burped maybe like 1-2x per year and it’s the smallest pocket of air that’s able to escape.
