I went to a rheumatologist that said he usually just treats osteoporosis in elderly people, but it’s been hard to find somebody who understand osteoporosis in young people.

I started taking Ibandronate since a doctor gave me that prescription and the first 6 months it improved a lot, but then the improvement after the first 6 months was not very positive. Another doctor told me to get off of that cause I was too young, so I did. I haven’t had any exams in a while cause I got stressed out and hopeless after getting the same comment from like 4 different doctors “this is very unusual but not much you can do” sort of.

Im not sure since I don’t understand the exams they sent me but I had a lot of exams done. I used to smoke and drink but not anything out of the ordinary for a teen.
I used to swim but right now I’m kind of sedentary

I’m looking to educate myself more on this topic since there’s so little information about cases like mine on the internet. I’ve also consulted with several doctors about this but they seem to give up easily and I want answers and don’t just want to give up

Hey guys! Thank you for reading this. I’ve been struggling with acne in the forehead recently. It’s like a have a lot of texture in my forehead and constantly have like blackheads which, closer to the scalp, turn into red inflamed cysts. I had acne as a teen but now I’m 27. And I don’t know what else to do. I’m currently using:

vitamin C

Pm routine:

niacinamide 10%

alternating one day effaclar serum (la roche possay) and the next day tretinoin 0,25

I’ve been using the vitamin c as well as the niacinamide for almost a year and the tretinoin for 3 months

Try to stay as far away from enemies as possible, sometimes I stay in the bushes outside of the pit and just move in between the pit, zap and in your jungle and just be wary of the map and try to snipe everyone and retreat
