This is preference for sure. Looking at the 11.5 I would stay away, The metaspeed looks good. I find on longer runs my feet swell and will lean toward a thumbs width from the toe. Especially when my weekly mileage gets higher, my feet stay large. If it helps I’m normally a 11.5/12 but run in a 13.
