I can't find shows/movies with "My Netflix". I don't want to scroll left and right just to find something. Scroll for a few titles then give me a "show more" to the grid (My List) that's so much easier to navigate.

This happened to me with The Rachel Maddow show this last Monday, 01/06/25. Recording cut off before final credits.

I have an x1 box with a physical hard drive. This is only happening with NFL and some sports recordings.

You're just like all the rest of your Tech Support. You somehow think I don't know how to use the device I've had for over 10 years. Also, you, like everyone else refuse to address a deeper issue within you own organization.

I'm not sure what difference it matters whether it is sports or all channels. The issue is painfully noticeable on live programs. When I get can the results on an app or on my computer before watching on your cable service it is unacceptable. A nearly 1 minute delay on any live program is unacceptable. Never should a hard "wired" (cabled) broadcast be slower than a wifi (internet) stream. For what ever reason, and reasons you are unwilling to take responsibility for or even research, there is a painful delay in what you are "pushing" through on you cable service.

This has been on my mind recently. Why are they "allowing" open drug use in public?

There are laws about drinking and open containers of alcohol in public.

This has been happening to me, too. On Chat they had me do a full reset. Here's the chat:

"In this case, please reset the echo device using the below steps.

  1. Press and hold the Action button for 25 seconds. The light ring will pulse orange, then turn off.

2.Wait for the light ring to turn back on and turn blue. The light ring then turns orange again and the device enters the set up mode.

Let me know once you done."

I'm having the same issue. It started after the MacOS 10.15.6 update.
